Gigia Kolouch
is a cooking teacher and artist with over 15 years experience. She teaches students of all ages and levels to go beyond recipes in order to understand the language of food. Her primary interest is in traditional ethnic foods, prepared with natural ingredients. Gigia has written and published articles about cooking, edits several food newsletters and is a member of the Slow Food Movement. She organizes gardening and cooking classes for elementary students.
