The Intuitive Cook

Have you ever wondered how some cooks just "know" how to cook without a recipe? Develop that culinary intuition as Gigia teaches you to liberate yourself from recipes and let your culinary imagination soar. Your meals will be more creative and cooking will become easier as you learn techniques of cooking from scratch without relying on a recipe.
Workshop #1 —April 26, Wednesday Explore the techniques of cooking without recipes by learning basic cooking principles, improving knife skills and experimenting with seasonings and flavors.
Workshop #2 —April 27, Thursday** Use your new-found skills as you collaborate with fellow students to invent new dishes and prepare an entire meal without recipes.
